The 1st T20I match between England and Pakistan will be played on 16th July at the Trent Bridge, Northampton.
England is the number one ranked T20I side in the world while Pakistan is standing fourth on the list. Both the teams have met 18 times in this format so far, where England won 12 games while Pakistan bagged 5 wins and one of the matches ended without any result.
Pakistan has included a few young names to their list for the T20I series and they will be hoping for better results here. They showed quite a fightback in the last game but their bowlers lacked consistency and that is an area where Babar Azam would want his bowlers to deliver.
The surface at the Trent Bridge is a batting-friendly wicket and is expected to assist the batters hugely in both innings.
